A route card is four integers in basis points that sum to ten thousand: holders, grounds, jackpot, deployer. The deployer lane is capped at two thousand. Two cards were written at deployment, one that applies while the coin is on the curve and one that applies after graduation. Both are stored in the contract, both are shown on the coin page from the first block, and neither can ever be edited.
A card is applied to the pot after the runner's fee has come off. So a card that says seventy percent to holders means seventy percent of what is left, not seventy percent of the tax.
