Pours

A pour is not scheduled by a server. The contract checks two conditions at the start of every trade: has the interval passed since the last pour, and has the pot crossed the threshold. If either is true, the pour runs first, inside the same transaction, and then the trade goes through. The wallet that sent that trade is the runner and receives twenty five basis points of the pour in the pair asset.

This means a busy market pours almost exactly every fifteen minutes and a quiet one pours whenever someone next touches it, carrying whatever built up in the meantime. There is nothing to keep alive and nothing to pay for. The runner column on this page is the wallet that happened to trade at the right moment.
