Part of every pour goes to grounds. Grounds are held in the pair asset and never leave except through a redeem. Divided by the supply they set a floor price, and because grounds only grow and supply only shrinks when tokens are redeemed, that floor can only go up. Any holder can redeem any amount against it at any time and receive the pair asset directly, whatever the market is doing.
